CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE
The health and safety of our staff and customers is our #1 priority. We have been closely monitoring updates as information continues to become available regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, and have been diligently acting to continue implementing the proper preparedness measures.
We are actively monitoring the situation, assessing risks, and are taking every step to ensure the highest level of safety. We are taking action to stem the impact on our operations, and most importantly to prevent the spread of germs during this outbreak.
Accordingly, we have sent our staff to work from home beginning Monday, March 16th and until further notice. We hope this will last no more than a week or two, but we will do what is reasonable to adequately care for health and safety concerns. We will post continued updates as we have them.
While working from home, we have asked our staff to continue to follow the CDC guidelines for their, and their family’s health and safety. As part of this we have asked that they cancel non-essential in person meetings, or travel, and utilize phone or web cam options as an alternative.
We are also working with some of our restoration partners to utilize their state-of-the-art sanitation practices, to have our office thoroughly cleaned and sanitized while we are away.
We are working to ensure our customers have continued access to the information and products they need during this time. We will be available during all of our regular office hours to take your calls, answer your emails, and service your accounts. We will continue to monitor new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to serve our customers, while ensuring the utmost safety for our staff, visitors, partners, and community.
